About Us...   

Pauline qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 1989.   

She has worked for various planning authorities in the UK, including Birmingham City Council, Liverpool City Council and as a Senior Planner with Chester City Council, as well as in Planning and Development Consulting in the North West of England.  She has extensive experience both in Development Control, Policy Planning, Public-Private Partnership co-ordination, urban regeneration and property investment.

She lived for a number of years on the West Coast of the US and worked for an international firm of Management Consultants.  

She was shortlisted as a finalist in 2009 for the NLA UK Property Women of the Year and is also the founder of a successful on island internet based business, aimed at the TT/Event business – iomtents.com – launched with the tag line: ‘Re-inventing the Holiday Home’.

She has most recently worked as a Planning Officer for The Isle of Man Government as a member of the Policy Team involved with the preparation of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan and the Area Plan for the South.  
Personal interests: Running, family, design/architecture & travel.
